The staff was exceptional and helpful. Its close proximity to Inverness makes it a great little gem in the Scottish country side and we will definitely be back.

On the shores of Loch Ness and 10 minutes' drive from Inverness, the Clansman Hotel offers rooms with views across the water and free Wi-Fi in the public areas. Our room looked over the Caledonia Canal where we watched boats maneuver through the locks. We were also above a coffee shop and a pub next door. The location was exceptional. Entry was easy and the room was amazing.

High above the world famous Loch Ness, home to the elusive Loch Ness Monster, Foyers Roost offers views across the loch and beautiful mountains surrounding it. There is free parking and free WiFi. Everything about our stay was exactly what we wanted it to be. The room was homey and comfortable with a great view of the Loch. We were literally steps away from the peace and tranquility of the Falls. Louise is so attentive and always has smile. She also provided us with suggested places to visit. Exactly what we were hoping for from a locals perspective. The food, though not included with the room, was reasonably priced and excellent on flavor and portions.

In a beautiful, tranquil location in picturesque Drumnadrochit, beside one of the most famous and romantic stretches of water in the world, this traditional Scottish hotel dates back to around 1740. The hotel was just perfect. We stayed in the old part of the building and while everything was a bit old it created a nice flair. We would recommend to anyone who does not expect a modern hotel. Staff was super friendly :)
